Dr. Angelica Ortiz y Asociados, S.C. (hereinafter "the responsible party"), in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals (hereinafter "the Law"), its Regulations and applicable rules, hereby informs you of this privacy notice.
1. Responsible for the processing of your personal data.
The confidentiality and due protection of the personal information entrusted to the person responsible is of the greatest importance; therefore, this person undertakes to handle the personal data provided responsibly and in accordance with the provisions of the Law, its Regulations and the applicable legislation. The person in charge is required to collect certain personal data in order to carry out the activities intrinsic to the provision of the services and is therefore obliged to comply with sufficient legal and security measures to protect the personal data collected from its clients. This privacy notice is provided so that you (the client) may have full control and decision over your information; therefore, we recommend that you read it carefully.

3. Purposes of the processing of personal data
The Responsible person collects your data for the following purposes:
a. To provide you with the professional services previously agreed upon between you and the person in charge.
b. To integrate your file as a client or potential client of the person in charge
c. To comply with the obligations undertaken with you, in accordance with the professional services provided to you; as well as to inform you of any situation or change regarding such services.
d. To send you relevant information, or that which you request from the person in charge.
e. Evaluate the quality of the professional services provided by the person in charge, as well as carry out customer satisfaction surveys.
f. Maintain contact with you in order to invite you to conferences, courses or events, in which current issues related to the professional services provided by the person in charge are discussed.
For the purposes of the provisions of the Regulations of the Law, we inform you that the processing of personal data collected may be carried out as part of a decision-making process without the involvement of an individual.
4. Personal data to be collected by the data controller
In order to carry out the purposes of the processing of personal data, described in section “3.”, the person responsible informs you that the personal data that will be collected consists of: (i) Full name of the individuals, representatives or legal representatives; (ii) Denomination and/or business name of the company; (iii) E-mail address; (iv) Telephone number or mobile phone number; (v) Federal Taxpayer Registry code; and (vi) Address.
5. Options and means of contact to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data
In terms of the article 30 of the Law, to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, so that they are not processed for marketing or advertising, you can contact the person responsible, through Ms. Mareli Garcia Bravo, in the following means of contact (i) at the address described in section "2." of this privacy notice; (ii) at the telephone number 59 80 53 44, or (iii) at the e-mail address email@example.com.
6. Means of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights)
You have the right to: (i) access your personal data held by the person responsible and the details of their processing; (ii) rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; (iii) cancel them when you consider they are not required for any of the purposes described in section “3,” of this privacy notice, or are being used for non-consensual purposes, or (iv) oppose their processing for specific purposes.
The data controller shall provide all the information necessary for you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection with respect to your personal data; to this end, the procedure shall begin with the submission of the respective request, the format of which and information on the periods of time in which it shall be dealt with, which you may request from the data controller through the means of contact described in section “5.” of this privacy notice.
7. Procedure for the owner (client), if applicable, to revoke his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data.
You may at any time revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by the controller. However, please note that it is not always possible to comply with your request or to terminate the use immediately, because some legal obligations may require you to continue to process your personal data. You should also consider that, for certain purposes, revocation of your consent will mean that the service you requested can no longer be provided, or that your relationship with the data controller can be terminated.

8. Transfer of personal data.
The data controller undertakes not to transfer your personal data to third parties, unless the professional services provided to him/her require it to be transferred in order to comply with legal obligations before the competent authorities, such as administrative or judicial authorities, at federal, state or municipal level. Similarly, your data may be transferred without your consent in the cases and under the terms provided for in article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the Possession of Individuals.
9. Security measures implemented.
The data controller has adopted the necessary security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing. However, it is clear that no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure and therefore the data controller cannot guarantee that the processing of your personal data will be free from any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
